FAQ

Common questions

  • Absolutely — most clients start with one service and add more over time. If you have no web presence at all, a website + Google Business Profile is a powerful combo to start with. If you already have a site, SEO or GBP optimization alone can make a meaningful difference. We'll tell you honestly what we think you need most.
  • It depends on the service. A new website can be live in 1–2 weeks. Google Business Profile optimization can show improvement in 2–4 weeks as your profile starts ranking. SEO takes longer — typically 3–6 months to see meaningful organic ranking gains — but the results compound over time and don't disappear when you stop paying for ads.
  • We specialize in service-based local businesses — salons, contractors, med spas, restaurants, auto shops, law firms, dental offices, real estate agents, and similar businesses that depend on local customers finding them online. If you're a small business competing for local customers, we're built for you.
  • No hidden costs. The prices listed are what you pay. The only extra items you'd need are a domain name (~$15–$20/year through your own registrar) and web hosting if you don't already have it — we'll point you to the right options. Everything else is included.
  • Yes, anytime. No minimum commitment, no cancellation fees. Just email us before your next billing cycle. The one-time setup fees are non-refundable (we've already done the work), but monthly plans have no lock-in.
  • Not at all. We're based in Roseville, CA, but we work with small businesses all across the US. Everything happens remotely — we communicate by email and video call, and you review all work before it goes live.
